Access Programming Mode

>Actuate a functionality button on the original DVD remote such as the PLAY or PAUSE button. The light of the genie will flash two times to indicate that it has been trained.
* Do this again if you want to program other buttons from the device’s original remote control. Please notice that you need to press and hold only the POWER button on the original remote for the first time.
Program A Colored Button
To program one of the red, green, yellow, and blue shortcut buttons:
* On the original device remote, press and hold the button that you wish to program on the Genie Air remote.
Holding it, press and hold the color button in the Genie Air remote to map the function until the bulb blinks twice.
Finish Programming
After the customization is done, one just needs to press the MUTE and ENTER keys simultaneously once again. It is also important to know that the light will blink two times to indicate that the programming mode is off. Test your programmed buttons!
Troubleshooting
If the remote does not command the gadget, redo programming or power cycling by erasing batteries, pressing any button, and reinstalling batteries. It is also possible to press and hold the MUTE and ENTER buttons simultaneously for 20 seconds to reprogram the remote control.
